Please consider the following upon booking.
Deposits:
- Deposit MUST be received in order for appointment to be officially booked. Amount of deposit varies per appointment type. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. The deposit is credited toward your service total at your appointment.
Late, Cancellation, No-Show:
- We ask that you arrive promptly to your appointment. The hourly pricing starts at the time of your appointment.
- Stylist has the right to reschedule/cancel if you are 30+ minutes late to your appointment. In that case you will have to pay for the cost of the appointment before rebooking. (If the stylist can accommodate you they will, although you will be charged hourly based on the time of your appointment.)

- Cancellations must be done 48 hours or more before scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee (amount varies by service) must be paid if cancelling after the 48 hour window in order to book a new appointment.
- If you no-show an appointment the cost of service must be paid before being permitted to reschedule.
Health and Safety:
- Clients should avoid booking an appointment if they are feeling sick, have a cough, fever or flu-like symptoms. Even if client is experiencing a common cold or recovering from past symptoms, client will be asked to reschedule no sooner than 14 days.
Children:
- We kindly ask that parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment to receive a service. Due to the nature of salon services, children are at risk of being exposed to dangerous chemicals, sharp objects and tools. In order to maintain a safe and calm environment for service providers and clients we must keep this policy in place. We appreciate your understanding.
